OpenCloud Services supports DNS services at the following levels:
VPC
DNS at this level allows defining DNS names that are resolved within the context of a single VPC.
Only DNS A (IPv4 address) records are supported.
Once the CoreDNS engine is enabled by an administrator, any user with access to the VPC can enable or disable DNS services for any VPC they have access to.
Private Hosted Zone
DNS at this level allows defining DNS names that are resolved within the context of one or more VPCs associated with the hosted zone.
All types of DNS records supported by Route 53 are available.
Hosted zones are created and managed by administrators or users.
Once the CoreDNS engine is enabled by an administrator, any user with access to the associated VPCs can enable or disable DNS services.
